We’re a seafood steam pot shop, a format we’ve been building since 2017. You pick your Bay Bucket (fresh seafood, corn, potatoes, sausage, and our signature seasoning, all in one pot), pick it up from our Gulf Shores location, take it back to the house, and steam it in about 40 minutes. No special equipment. No prep work. No mess beyond a pot of water.

Each Bay Bucket comes in two sizes: Low Tider (serves 2–3) or High Tider (serves 4–6).

For gatherings of 20 or more, our Party Pots are built for it. Build Your Own Party Pot for 20, 25, or 30 people: sweet corn, red potatoes, sausage, and your choice of seafood, all in one large pot with burner included. Perfect for beach house parties, family reunions, or any group that deserves a serious spread.
How It Works

- Steam at home: add water to a large pot, bring to a boil, steam for about 40 minutes, and serve

Do I need any special equipment to steam the Bay Bucket at home?
No special equipment required. We provide the food in a pot. All you need is a stove or outdoor burner, the kind most vacation rental kitchens have. Add water, bring it to a boil, add your Bay Bucket contents, and steam for about 40 minutes. Instructions are included with every order.
What’s the difference between Topsail Steamer and a regular seafood restaurant?
At a restaurant, someone else does the cooking and you eat there. With Topsail Steamer, you take a fully prepped steam pot kit back to wherever you’re staying and steam it yourself. About 40 minutes, feeds the whole group, less expensive than a sit-down for six people, and honestly more fun.
How many people does a Bay Bucket feed?
Low Tiders serve 2–3 people; High Tiders serve 4–6. For larger gatherings of 20 or more, the Party Pot option is available in 20, 25, and 30-person sizes.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. The Build Your Own option lets you choose your seafood, your size, and your add-ons. For substitution questions, call ahead or note them in your online order.
