In March 2017, Danielle Mahon opened the first Topsail Steamer location in Surf City, North Carolina. Topsail Steamer brings the joy of a coastal seafood boil to your home with our easy-to-use, customizable steam pots.
Our signature “Bay Buckets” are filled with fresh seafood, sausage, vegetables, and homemade spices, making it simple for anyone to enjoy a delicious seafood meal without the hassle. Today, there are 10 locations (and growing!) and we ship nationwide through our partner, Goldbelly.com.

Topsail Steamer was founded on North Carolina’s Topsail Island in 2017 by Danielle Mahon. She jumped the corporate America ship and started her family-owned company to share the joy of steamed seafood feasts that she experienced ‘down the shore’ as a child. Fast forward 8 years – we have 10 stores and growing!
